H.E Okhna Ly Yong Phat was born in Koh Kong Province in 1958. Even at an early age, he displayed an aptitude for business and commerce, and this led him to become a successful trader between Thailand and Cambodia in the 1980s. He is one of the country’s most respected business leaders, and is a key figure in the economic success that is the hallmark of Cambodia’s development.
